Meeting the goals of our user audience while complementing the values of culture and community are at the core of our design and strategies. Through a collaborative process we believe architecture can be a positive force when it achieves the successful synthesis of both utility and delight.

History

Established in 1981 in New York City, Kupiec Architects, PC (KAPC) has almost 40 years of experience partnering with public and institutional clients to provide architectural services and to develop award-winning designs. Based in Santa Barbara for the past 16 years, KAPC has continued to provide our services to enhance educational and cultural institutions in the local community. Our resume includes classrooms, libraries, conference centers, auditoriums, and exhibition spaces, as well as ancillary services such as administrative offices, food service facilities, and maintenance facilities.

KAPC is eager to devote our expertise and design thinking to the unique challenges that are posed by every project. We are confident that our staff, supported by our specialist team of engineers and consultants, possess the necessary skill set to help define a successful plan for any project. Working through a collaborative process with clients, we are confident that together an exciting design vision and logical road map for its’ implementation can be created.
